Sustainability is increasingly becoming more important, and easier to implement. Consumers are showing a growing interest in eco-conscious products and companies see the growing need, yet struggle to find the right opportunities to connect sustainability with their business.
 
We don’t believe in green design, just good design:
Building on that, we see sustainability as a fundamental aspect in designing relevant, distinguishing and innovative products. Whether you are already actively implementing sustainability, or looking for support to get started, we create a custom made approach for activating promising sustainable design opportunities. Our methodology centers around making not green but good design, where we approach sustainability from a product, user and brand perspective.
 
Cradle to Cradle:
We are among the first design agencies in the world to have accredited Cradle to Cradle design consultants. We draw inspiration from many perspectives of sustainability such as Bio Mimicry or the Natural Step, but see the eco-effective principles of Cradle to Cradle as aligning most closely to our approach. Cradle to Cradle offers strategies for sustainable growth with the concept ‘waste = food’ as a starting point. This paradigm fuels the designing of innovative, system based concepts, allowing for positive growth and financial rewards with products that improve people’s lives and the planet all at once.

Collaboration:
Achieving sustainable design is all about strategic partnerships, open networks and collaboration. In cooperation with our partner Pezy Product Innovation we realize sustainable products right up to manufacturing, applying their knowledge and tools on sustainable materials and Design for Disassembly. In matters that regard material health or Cradle to Cradle certification, we work with our partner EPEA. Most importantly we work with you, across all departments and disciplines to synthesize sustainable objectives into actionable targets.
