Reinier loves designing products and experiences with soul – design that connects, energizes and improves people’s quality of life. Reinier excels in fusing cultural meaning, sustainability and business value with tangible experiences and products. A well rounded designer, he has expertise in Cradle to Cradle, prototyping, visualization, and project management. He has worked for multinationals in North America and the Netherlands as an independent consultant and part of larger design agencies. A Canadian, he graduated honors with distinction from the school of Industrial Design at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.

Gernot is an Industrial Designer focused on creating new product typologies. He is passionate about creating iconic and sustainable products by aligning brand, user and technology aspects and through a multidisciplinary process. He has a broad experience and market knowledge from working at Nimbus Group, a renowned lighting and furniture manufacturer, leading product design and architecture studios all over Europe and having his own entrepreneurial practice. The drive to bring ideas to life and his strong strategic, analytical and conceptualizing skills have resulted in many award-winning products. He studied Industrial and Strategic Design in Paris, Helsinki and State Academy of Art and Design in his home town of Stuttgart, where he graduated with highest honors.

Erik-Jouke is a Project Manager and Design Engineer with a mechanical engineering background. He is a specialist in product development of plastic products and has a rich experience in the entire process of integral product development from concept to production. Erik-Jouke excels in solving the most complex mechanical problems with ease and works with the eye of a designer when it comes to details. He has worked in multidisciplinary teams at renown companies as Philips and Neopost, as well abroad in Hong Kong and Malaysia managing production start up. With his drive and energy Erik-Jouke complements the Amsterdam team since January 2012.

Patrick is a conceptual and strategic design talent. Before graduating successfully from the University of Wuppertal in Industrial Design Patrick did an exchange to Brazil and an internship in Spain. With his thesis he won several design awards – such as the Young Talent Design Award of the Association of German Industrial Designers and two Universal Design Awards. His passion and high affinity for strategic design and holistic design thinking qualified him to participate in the “Strategic innovation” Master Program at the University of Wuppertal. In the scope of his master thesis he is working on a corporate innovation tool, in order to help our clients to accelerate innovations.
