Measurement device for ICU patient

This device monitors the rate of flow in a patient in an Intensive Care Unit. The rate of fluid flow in should measure to the rate of fluid out in any human.  The salient feature of this device is that it utilizes a urine bag instead of a PET bottle that is expensive. The device is made from FRP because it is low in volume in terms of production. Therefore the cost to build these devices is very economical.
