Transcelestial

Transcelestial (High Speed Wireless Launcher)

Transcelestial is developing the fastest, long-distance, point-to-point wireless communication network possible. It will be delivered as a space data network for terrestrial and satellite applications, which will use lasers to transfer data at up to 1000x faster than what is currently available. The network will be difficult to jam and will not need any spectrum pre-allocation or regulation.

State-of-the-art, ultra-high bandwidth wireless laser communication for telecoms and enterprises. Delivers connectivity at a fraction of the cost of fiber.

One of the first public demonstrations of Transcelestial’s technology was a joint project with SK Telecom in South Korea and the Telecom Infra Project’s (TIP) Ecosystem Acceleration Center (TEAC) Initiative. Transcelestial’s wireless fibre optics technology was used to upgrade the backbone internet connectivity of a major public library near Seoul (South Korea), improving bandwidth by 20 times its existing speed.

Designed for outdoor usage, yet conveying a futuristic look and feel, our design combines functionality with aesthetics.
